Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for wooden hangers. For acrylic and metal hangers, MOQ starts from 200-300 pieces. We can discuss flexible arrangements for new clients or mixed orders. Contact us with your requirements for a tailored quotation.
How long is the lead time for OEM orders?
Standard production lead time is 20-35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. For large orders (50,000+ pcs), lead time may be 35-45 days. We offer expedited production for urgent orders depending on capacity.
Can you add our logo to the hangers?
Yes -- we offer multiple customization options including laser engraving, hot stamping, UV printing, and silk screen printing. Logo can be applied to the hanger body, hook, or both. Please share your logo file (AI or PDF preferred) for a sample evaluation.
What packaging options do you provide?
We offer custom packaging including branded polybags, tissue paper wrapping, retail gift boxes, and export cartons. Private label packaging with your brand identity is available for all product lines.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries?
Yes -- we export to 50+ countries including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, UAE, Japan, and across Southeast Asia. We coordinate full export logistics including customs documentation, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.
Do you provide product samples before bulk order?
Yes -- we provide pre-production samples for approval before any bulk order. Standard samples are available for evaluation. Custom samples with your logo and specifications can be arranged for a sample fee, which is refundable upon order placement.
